Huge updates. The little boy had his first birthday party and it was so much fun! We had probably 40 people show up! He racked up on toys yet again that we've had to clear out part of the living room just to store them. This little boy needs his own bedroom! He started walking last month! Just out of the blue walked from his grandma to me and ever since he has been getting so good with it. He is starting to run at this point. He face plants, but running none the less.
He has a mouthful of teeth. Not quite all of them, but has a few molars. Teething hasn't been too hard, but I do notice he whines a lot more. He is definitely growing into Toddler Isaiah and not baby Isaiah. He plays well with others, but if others don't play well with him he sits there and cries.. Hopefully he'll grow out of that because he will have cousin Zoey in his life forever. She's a little rough around the edges, but Isaiah is a little soft around the edges so hopefully we can toughen him up a little.
Our plans for the next few months are as follows:
I'm graduating May 5th.
We go on Isaiah's first beach trip May 6th-10th!! (My grad trip as well)
My brother graduates from high school on May 24th (SAD. FACE)
This summer we plan on spending a lot of time at the park and at the pool. As much outside time as possible.
In September, *cross our fingers* we will see if we are approved to buy a house. I pray all the time that this time will be it. This will be our third time trying so hopefully third times the charm. I am dying with anticipation. Most in part because I don't stop watching the HGTV channel which makes me anxious and hopeful at the same time. But also because we are three people living in a VERY small apartment. Isaiah's toys need a room in itself. I just can't wait to paint and decorate to make some ours. You just can't do that in this apartment.
