31

Well, it's July! I graduated AND made the Dean's List! Our vacation was amazing, my brother graduated and I got a new position at my job!

Graduation was amazing! Isaiah did so well. Apparently he watched me walk across the stage and then fell asleep the rest of the time. Perfect! We went to Fatz afterward with my cousins Tiff and Olivia, Zoey, Aunt Bonnie, my dad, stepmom Theresa, Nic, Isaiah, and my brother-in-law, Jonathan. We had a great time there too! The day after (Friday) we drove down to the beach! Isaiah did so good on the drive there. We left around 11am and he slept until we got about 3/4 of the way there, then we bought one of those $1.99 Mickey shows for the tablet and he watched that until we got there. Check-in took a whole hour cause everybody and their momma was there. Our room was amazing. It was two rooms - the bedroom with a king size bed. Then the hallway had the kitchen and an entrance to the bathroom and then the living room/Isaiah's room. That led out to the balcony of course to our oceanfront view! We we're second floor which I liked because we realized Isaiah doesn't do elevators so we were able to park on the 2nd level of the parking garage and walk instead of taking the elevator. Only time we used it was to go to the beach or the pool. First night Nic watched his basketball game and me and Isaiah went down to the inside pool! We swam for a whole hour and Isaiah was just straight chilling. Of course, I went swimming with my 2 month old phone so that was what we did the next day. The next day we went and got another phone for me and Nic upgraded his, then we checked out this Christian Store (LifeWay) which was a few stores down from T-mobile. Found some good books and Senior 16 stuff! Ended up getting my brother a senior 16 grad bible :) he loved it! Was probably his favorite gift!

We ended up going to the beach twice and to the pool almost every day. We ate so much good food and Isaiah tried his first soft drink (only a few sips, I'm anti-soft drinks for the kiddo - don't want him to end up on the big side like his mommy). I went zip-lining! It was amazing and I'd do it again (if I was a little skinnier - it was a pain trying to get up after coming in from zip-lining). We had ice cream and pizza. We were actually bad tourist and didn't eat seafood =O I know.. I know. I was looking forward to some crab legs. But overall we had an EXCELLENT time! I was so relaxed (and kind of still am) that I'm not just wanting to go back right this second. That's when you know it was good.

My brother graduated from high school. Isaiah wasn't able to go because he ended up with a bad rash on his bottom so we dropped him off at his grandma's. I also helped my brother get registered for college =( talk about a happy and sad day.

It's been a laid back summer. We've only been to the pool once only because it's so hot outside!! It literally stays in the upper 90's everyday. And if not it's raining. Before the summer is over though we will go back to the pool and to the park.

At work, I was able to snag a position doing billing full time! I'm so excited, I officially start on July 18th. I also got a little raise as well! =)

Also, I'm facebookless! It's a miracle I know, but it feels great. I don't even have a desire to go back on it. I only deactivated it so I still have messenger, but I don't have to look at all the drama, lies, annoyance, etc. Well here's some updated pictures since April! Enjoy =)
